Backtagging: Yes. I'm unfortunately a bit slow in tagging, but it usually takes me at most a few days to reply.
Threadhopping: Yes. I definitely don't mind people playing with others if they want!
Fourthwalling: Yes. But more people are going to be confusing him for Harry Potter than for his actual self. XD And anyone who's read the book, awesome - that's not how it happened in his story.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): You can be as rude and crude around me as you want, broskis. I'm happy to swear, talk about sex, sexuality, and other perverted things, violence, and others. I just don't trivialize serious topics like rape or drug addictions.

Hugging this character: Yes, but Kipps will likely be a bit rigid at first.
Kissing this character: Sure - kisses on the cheek will likely not get a lot of a reaction other than surprise, kisses on the lips will definitely get him to pull away.
Flirting with this character: Yes, but depending on how flirtatious the comment is, he may simply just ignore it, he may start blushing, or he may pointedly state that he has a wife. Has, since they're both dead.
Fighting with this character: Go ahead! He's average human strength. He'll try to talk it out first, though, and if he has no other choice, then he'll fight.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Ask first. I need more information as to motive and circumstance before I can truly give the OK, though simple things like slaps to the face, friendly punches to the arm, or accidental scratches will usually be okay by me.
Killing this character: Ask first. I need more information as to motive and circumstance before I can truly give the OK. Be warned this is much less likely since he's already going to be murdered horribly several times by the house.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go ahead! There's not much in his mind at the moment. If he knows you've been reading his thoughts, he will likely not hang around you as much, though.
Warnings: Kipps will likely need to be approached more for initial CR, but after he's talked to a person a few times he'll seek them out more. Children are always going to be sought out because, well, he's a father.
